The Sea Lion whale watch boat is US Coast Guard certified for 49 passengers.
We hold the count to 40 to insure lots of space at the rails and in the cabin.
Sea Lion was built in 2007 specifically for wildlife viewing off the San Juan Islands. She is the newest large vessel in the San Juan Islands. We maintain her inside and out to keep her looking and running jjust like new.
She has a large walk around deck, outside covered seating, inside cabin seating with big windows, bow seating and open seating on the stern.
There is a large bathroom and tables in the cabin. We also keep a children's library and a wildlife library on board as well as high grade binoculars for our guests.

The Kittiwake whale watch boat is US Coast Guard certified for 24
passangers.
On our scheduled tours, we limit the number of guests to 12 and all guests are 12 years and older.
This boat is used during July and August for the general public and is used mostly for private charters April to October.
Kittiwake has a 3/4 enlosed cabin, marine head, outdoor covered seating and plenty of room at the rails.
Kittiwake also has aboard high grade binoculars, a wildlife library, blankets and extra jackets.
Our Captains and crew are all seasoned sailors.
Our marine naturalists have degrees in marine biology and marine sciences.
